本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリ「金のなる家計簿」が利用者の情報をどのように取り扱うかを定めるものです。
入力された家計簿データ（収支・サブスク・資産・カテゴリ・支払い方法・固定費などの記録）は、すべてお使いの端末の中にのみ保存されます。本アプリはアカウント登録・ログインの仕組みを持たず、これらのデータを開発者のサーバーや外部に送信・保管することはありません。
レシート等の読み取り機能を使うときに限り、選択した画像はFirebase AI Logic（Google社）を通じて生成AI（Gemini）に送信されます。画像は金額・日付・店名などの読み取りにのみ使用され、本アプリや開発者のもとに保存されることはありません。この機能は、初回利用時に同意を確認したうえで動作します。利用しなければ、画像が送信されることはありません。
サブスクの更新日リマインドなどの通知は、端末の中で完結する仕組み（ローカル通知）を使っており、外部への送信はありません。
本アプリの無料版では、Google社の広告配信サービス「AdMob」を通じて広告を表示します。広告を配信・表示するため、AdMobは広告識別子（IDFA等）や端末・通信に関する情報などを取得・利用することがあります（取り扱いの詳細はGoogleの広告・プライバシーに関するポリシーをご確認ください）。本アプリ自体が、入力された家計簿の内容などの個人データを広告のために収集・送信することはありません。広告は控えめな表示にとどめており、有料の「広告の削除」を購入すると表示されなくなります。
アプリの改善のため、分析ツール「PostHog」を使って、どの機能がどれだけ使われたか（例：記録を保存した・購入画面を開いた、といった操作の種類）と、端末の種類・OSバージョン・アプリのバージョンなどの技術情報を収集することがあります。氏名などの個人を特定する情報や、家計簿の中身（金額・メモ・カテゴリ名・写真など）を送信することはありません。この収集は、設定の「利用状況データの送信」からいつでもオフにできます。
法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の情報を第三者に提供することはありません。
データは端末内にのみあるため、アプリを削除すると端末から消去されます。機種変更や端末の初期化に備えて、設定の「バックアップ」からデータを書き出し、安全な場所に保管しておくことをおすすめします。バックアップファイルの保管・管理は利用者ご自身で行っていただきます。
写真AI読み取りでは、なりすましによる不正利用（AI枠の不正使用）を防ぐため、Firebase App Check（端末とアプリの正当性確認）を利用します。
本ポリシーは、機能の追加・変更にともない改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内でお知らせします。

This Privacy Policy describes how the app "Money Tree Budget" handles your information.
The budget data you enter (income/expense, subscriptions, assets, categories, payment methods, recurring items, etc.) is stored only on your device. This app has no account or sign-in, and does not send or store this data on the developer's servers or anywhere external.
Only when you use the receipt-scanning feature, the image you select is sent through Firebase AI Logic (Google) to the generative AI (Gemini). The image is used only to read the amount, date, store, etc., and is not stored by this app or the developer. This feature runs only after you confirm consent the first time. If you do not use it, no image is ever sent.
Notifications such as subscription renewal reminders use a mechanism that stays entirely on your device (local notifications); nothing is sent externally.
The free version of this app shows ads through Google's ad service "AdMob." To deliver and display ads, AdMob may collect and use information such as an advertising identifier (e.g., IDFA) and device/connection information (see Google's advertising and privacy policies for details). This app itself does not collect or send personal data such as your budget entries for advertising purposes. Ads are kept modest, and they are removed if you purchase the paid "Remove ads" option.
To improve the app, we may use the analytics tool "PostHog" to collect which features are used and how often (e.g., the kind of action taken, such as saving a record or opening the purchase screen), together with technical information such as device type, OS version, and app version. We never send personally identifying information or the contents of your budget records (amounts, memos, category names, photos, etc.). You can turn this off at any time in Settings > "Share usage data."
We do not provide your information to third parties except as required by law.
Because your data lives only on your device, it is erased from the device when you delete the app. To prepare for changing or resetting your device, we recommend exporting your data from Settings > Backup and keeping it somewhere safe. You are responsible for storing and managing your backup files.
For AI photo scanning, we use Firebase App Check (verification of the legitimacy of the device and app) to prevent impersonation and misuse of the AI quota.
This policy may be revised as features are added or changed. We will notify you in the app of any significant changes.
