利用規約

本規約は、本アプリ「金のなる家計簿」の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第1条（本アプリの機能）

本アプリは、家計簿の記録、サブスクリプションの管理、AIによる入力補助などの機能を提供します。データはすべて端末内に保存され、ログインやアカウント登録は不要です。一部の機能は有料となる場合があり、使える機能はアプリ内の表示に従います。

第2条（AI読み取りについての注意）

AIによる読み取り結果には誤りが含まれることがあります。保存する前に必ず内容をご確認ください。読み取り結果の誤りにより生じた損害について、開発者は責任を負いません。

第3条（解約案内についての注意）

サブスクの解約手順やリンクは目安として提供するものであり、正確性・最新性を保証するものではありません。実際の解約手続きは、各サービスの公式な案内に従ってください。

第4条（有料機能）

有料機能の料金と内容は購入画面に表示します。決済はApp Store（またはGoogle Play）を通じて行われ、アカウント登録は不要です（購入はストアのアカウントに紐づき、別端末では「購入を復元」でご利用いただけます）。解約・返金は各ストアの規定に従います。

第5条（禁止事項）

本アプリの解析・改変（リバースエンジニアリング）、運営を妨げる行為を禁止します。

第6条（免責）

本アプリは現状のまま提供されます。端末の故障・紛失・初期化等によるデータの消失について、開発者は補償を行いません。大切な記録は、設定の「バックアップ」機能で控えを書き出し、安全な場所に保管しておくことをおすすめします。

第7条（改定）

本規約は、必要に応じて改定されることがあります。改定後に本アプリを利用した場合、改定後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

These Terms set out the conditions for using the app "Money Tree Budget." By using this app, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Features of the app)

This app provides features such as budget tracking, subscription management, and AI-assisted input. All data is stored on your device, and no sign-in or account is required. Some features may be paid; the features available follow the in-app display.

Article 2 (Notes on AI scanning)

AI scan results may contain errors. Always check the content before saving. The developer is not responsible for damages arising from errors in scan results.

Article 3 (Notes on cancellation guidance)

Subscription cancellation steps and links are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed to be accurate or up to date. Follow each service's official guidance for the actual cancellation procedure.

Article 4 (Paid features)

Prices and contents of paid features are shown on the purchase screen. Payment is processed through the App Store (or Google Play); no account registration is required (purchases are tied to your store account, and can be used on another device via "Restore Purchases"). Cancellation and refunds follow each store's rules.

Article 5 (Prohibited acts)

Analysis or modification of this app (reverse engineering) and acts that interfere with operation are prohibited.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

This app is provided as is. The developer does not compensate for data loss due to device failure, loss, reset, etc. For important records, we recommend exporting a copy with the Settings > Backup feature and keeping it somewhere safe.

Article 7 (Revisions)

These Terms may be revised as needed. If you use this app after a revision, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
